I/ JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Receive requirements and deploy software (LIS) for customers
  • Organize training and handover of software to customers: installation, data initialization, print layout editing, reporting, usage guidance, and service/software handover for assigned customers
  • Receive and handle customer issues arising during software usage
  • Operate, maintain, and upgrade the software.

II/ REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Preference given to graduates in Information Technology, Health Information Systems, or related fields
  • No experience required
  • Able to handle work pressure and workload intensity
  • Diligent, eager to learn, responsible, and passionate about the job;
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Experience in fields related to Management Software
  • Good communication skills
