I/ JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Understand and analyze business requirements

  • Design and develop test scenarios, test strategies, and test plans (test strategies, test scenarios, test plans and test cases) according to business contexts.

  • Write test cases/scripts to execute tests: Performance, Integration, API, and Security

  • Perform testing tasks according to the project or product plan to ensure product quality.

  • Participate in large-scale projects, gain access to, directly build, and master products on the latest technology platforms, implementing software projects for LIS/HIS Laboratory Management, SmartLab, and SmartHIS for hospitals and clinics nationwide

  • Set up the test environment, execute tests, and report results.

  • Manage, analyze, and track test results, report outcomes, and evaluate product quality before go-live.

  • Review test cases and test results of team members.

  • Participate in training on processes and testing skills for team members.

  • Research and apply testing tools to support testing activities.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager

II/ REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Information Technology or a related field.

  • At least 6 months of practical experience in testing (Web, Windows/Mobile applications) or related work.

  • Proficient in databases: MySQL, SQL

  • Thorough understanding of software testing processes.

  • Careful and meticulous. Good logical thinking, quick to grasp business requirements, high sense of responsibility.

  • Positive attitude towards work, ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Candidates with experience as a Test Leader are preferred.

  • Experience with automated testing and related tools is an advantage (Selenium, JMeter, etc.)

  • Knowledge and experience working with software development tools (Jira, Bitbucket)
