Job Description
- Work as a BA to analyze requirements for solutions on Web/Windows and Mobile product platforms, tailored to diverse customer needs
- Work with customers to gather, analyze, and clarify product functional requirements and customer issues. Consult and present solutions that can meet customer needs.
- Convert customer requirements into solutions that the team can adapt and accept, as well as align with product release timelines
- Work with the development team to analyze and propose solutions based on information agreed upon with customers, leading to agreement or contract signing,
- Create and manage documents for presentation and guidance for the team and customers
- Act as the user's perspective to build and refine the product
- Perform other tasks related to departmental activities (internal)
- Advise direct superiors on issues within the professional domain.
Requirements
• Educational background: Bachelor's, College degree in IT, Information Management Systems, or a related Medical field
• At least 6 months of experience in a BA role, with preference for candidates who have participated in hospital software projects, LIS, HIS, PACS, etc. Preference is given to candidates with a good understanding of testing processes (training will be provided if not available)
• Analytical and business process modeling skills.
• Experience working with SRS, BRS, Use Case, and Mockup documents.
• Ability to proactively coordinate and connect the technical team with users.
• Planning and execution organization skills
• Time management skills
• Careful, meticulous, passionate about work, with a particular interest in the healthcare industry and testing equipment
• Ability to work independently and in teams, and to handle high pressure regarding project deadlines
• Willingness to work overtime when requirements arise (benefits are provided in accordance with labor law regulations)
