I. GENERAL INFORMATION

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Search for, analyze and research the Invitation to Bid (E-HSMT):

-          Monitor and search for daily tender information on the National Public Procurement Network System.

-          Analyze the valid qualification conditions, financial capacity, experience, technical requirements and legal requirements of the E-HSMT.

-          Filter and study in detail potential tenders with bidding potential (suitable for the Company's IVD and medical equipment product lines).

·         Draft and prepare a complete Bid Proposal (E-HSDT):

-          Prepare the company's legal capacity documentation: Financial statements, similar contracts, personnel capacity...

-          Coordinate the bidding guarantee procedures.

-          Prepare legal and technical product documentation: Import license, CFS, ISO, Marketing authorization, Sales authorization, COA/IFU, catalog, box label...

-          Accurately complete all web forms and upload documents to the National Bidding Network system within the prescribed deadline.

·         Monitor and process documents after bid submission:

-          Update the bid opening minutes and track the evaluation progress.

-          Draft clarification letters and explain the bidder's documents as required by the Investor/Tenderer.

-          Coordinate HSDT extension or verify original documents upon winning the bid.

·         Other requirements:

-          Manage and store scientific bidding data in an orderly manner.

-          Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

III. REQUIREMENTS:

·         Diploma or higher in Medical Laboratory, Medicine & Pharmacy, Biomedical Electronics, Biotechnology, or related economics and commerce fields.

·         No experience required; equivalent experience in the agricultural, medical technology, or pharmaceutical sales sectors via ETC channels is preferred

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

·         Honest, dynamic, ambitious, and responsible in work

·         Capable of working independently and in a team, with good stress tolerance.
