Organize the search for new product ideas aligned with the company's direction and strategy
Conduct domestic and international market research to analyze healthcare policies and potential disease groups in the future, thereby proposing feasible new products for distribution
Update information channels on global trends in diagnostic product development and propose new business opportunities within the company's business sector
Organize the reception, collection, and processing of information on new products from internal and external sources to establish research direction and approach to new products suitable for the market
Gather information on new products and technologies to propose solutions for gaps in the current product portfolio
Build and maintain a strong network with Diagnostic companies seeking distributors in the Asia region, participate in necessary events to build and maintain industry connections
Develop business plans for new products to achieve financial, business, and customer targets as required by the company
Create launch plans for new product trials (financial calculations, manpower planning, etc.) into the market according to the plan

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, laboratory testing, or biotechnology
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in market development or product development. Preference given to candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of the diagnostic testing market, broad knowledge of R&D, business, marketing, and understanding of the medical devices and services market; Communication and relationship-building skills; Presentation and negotiation skills; Planning and execution skills; Independent and team work skills; Time management skills; Other: Fluent English (all four skills)
