Mitalab – Ready to take off!!!

Mitalab had 2 days (August 6-7, 2022) to experience Team Building with the theme of Minh Tam Pride and many engaging and interesting activities. Departing the parade from Hanoi to the sacred land of Ninh Binh, Mitalabers enjoyed the space of majestic mountains and water.

Organizing Team Building in Ninh Binh is a new and different point of Mitalab compared to previous programs. Returning to the sacred land is like a reminder of Mitalab’s history of more than 2 decades of development.

Opening the event, the Company’s Board of Directors lit the torch of faith and hope and beat the heroic and powerful opening drum. Representing the Company’s Board of Directors, CEO Hoang Le Hang emphasized the spirit and bravery of Mitalab people and the importance of promoting 6 core values to build a united and strong team. The troops under the leadership of 4 generals entered the parade and participated in the test of endurance – intelligence – alliance. Transforming into soldiers during the nation’s construction and defense period, Mitalabers had moments filled with joy, laughter, bonding with teammates and efforts and solidarity to overcome challenges.

The Mitalab army not only has durable physical strength but also has talented military thinking, perfect literature and martial arts, and companion activities. Each army has a different, interesting color, bringing strong slogans to Team Building Minh Tam’s spirit, perfecting the brave spirit of Mitalab people.
