[HCM] BIOTECHNOLOGY BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER
I/ JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute business plans for biotechnology products. Implement business policies and strategies, propose sales promotion programs, product development plans, KOLs development strategies, and forecast growth targets. Allocate and assign business goals to sales teams.
- Be responsible for business performance, including sales revenue, market expansion, debt collection, customer relationships, and other related tasks.
- Assign tasks, supervise, support, and train team members within the scope of management.
- Evaluate market opportunities, analyze coverage data, market size, competitors, and customer potential within the managed region to propose and implement approved business plans to achieve business goals.
- Work with suppliers to develop product strategies and policies. Build marketing strategies for the product lines in the Vietnamese market.
- Advise and support the company’s leadership on product/service quality and business policies to make appropriate adjustments and improvements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors.
II/ JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Medicine, Pharmacy, Laboratory Technology, or other relevant majors from a formal university program. Proficient in English communication, reporting, and presentation.
- Experience in sales and marketing in the biotechnology sector. Minimum of 3 years of IVD team management experience.
- Strong organizational and planning skills; proactive and decisive in work execution.
- Dynamic, motivated, and responsible.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams under high pressure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
